As with most sporting clubs, Superoos Basketball Club is run by a voluntary committee. Superoos strongly encourages, and is reliant on player/parent participation for its continued success.
A variety of roles are available including; Team Managers, Coaches, and Committee Members. The club and teams also benefit from parental assistance on the court during training and bench support for junior coaches on game day.
If you would like to assist/become involved, please see a Committee Member. It is expected that parents remain at training and games to supervise and support their children.

GET INVOLVED
You can get involved at Superoos by helping out in the following areas
COMMITTEE
All committee members are volunteers who give up many hours to help ensure the clubs processes run smoothly. If you can help ease the load and assist the Superoos committee in any role it would be greatly appreciated. Superoos committee meets once a month. Please contact a committee member if you are interested in joining and being involved.
COACHING & TRAINING
Helpers are always welcome. Please contact the relevant co-ordinator for more information.
TEAM MANAGER
Every team needs a team manager to organise parents to score, collect fees and keep players updated on game times etc. Team managers are appointed each season by the relevant co-ordinator.
SCORING
All players parents are expected to assist with scoring at the games, normally via a roster prepared by the Team Manager. Although at first it may seem overwhelming it is actually quite a easy and enjoyable job.
SPECTATING
What would basketball be without family and friends cheering on their champions? Go Roos!
